Welcome to the Villa Lante Center!

Since 1837, Villa Lante in Rome has been one of the most important historic properties of the Society of the Sacred Heart, the religious congregation founded by Sainte Madeleine Sophie Barat, now present in over 40 countries. Since 2020, Villa Lante has undergone a major renovation and has been revitalized as a Center for Religious and Lay Formation in the heart of the Italian capital.

La nostra magnifica struttura è immersa in un parco secolare. Gli ospiti potranno soggiornare a Villa Lante Center frequentando i loro programmi di formazione e visitando il meglio che la città può offrire. Nella casa potrete avvalervi di sale multimediali, sale sociali per rilassarsi e sala da pranzo per la colazione, una Chiesa e diverse cappelle per i momenti di preghiera e numerose camere singole, doppie o triple per accogliere i nostri ospiti con moderni standard di comfort come aria condizionata e bagno in camera.

Villa Lante Center is located in the heart of Trastevere, near the Vatican City, one of the most characteristic areas of the city within close distance to important places such as St. Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, just to name a few of the most famous attractions.

From our large park you will have a spectacular view of the city and you will feel as if you were on a quiet island in the center of one of the great European capitals.
